The noodle manufacturing business was formally registered in 1971 under the name Chay Han Kee. It was a very small shop then and my mother used to make noodles manually with the traditional know-how she picked up herself.

When my mother retires, we took over the business in 1997. Today, we pride ourselves to be the premier noodle and dumpling skins manufacturer supplying to various food and beverage establishments in the country. Our customers come from all walks of life, from the celebrity Chinese Cuisine chefs from many restaurants to the humble hawkers in your friendly neighborhood.
